Cannot complete "Who Keeps Sending These?" badge achievement

I cannot complete the "Who Keeps Sending These?" badge from Island Paradise no matter how I attempt to do it. I have no attempted to complete this over 8 times, fresh games. Cache cleared. No CC, no...

    yes that the badge i couldn't remeber the name of  strange crowd going to the park on brooms tha asaik was removed i don't bother with the acheviements anynore due to that some were removed or just seemed near imposiable to get i had aheck of a time to unlock the robot fish and some others  the way it is for me now is if i unlock one good if not no biggie when i did the cheat for the bottle one hmm lemme recall that game i moved my sims to sunset valley (due to IP lag and routeing ) and placed the spawner via buydebug one sim i had in that game had no scuba skills whatsoever she's the one i had pick up the bottles when they spawned i forget how long it takes for them to spawn inbetween picking one up and respawning

    the spawner i used is the first one the big white box in the rocks tab ( i used the sort by collection folder to only show the IP spawners  as shown by attached image )

    hmm  or just start a new game throw any sims in the lot buydebug the spawner to see if the badge will unlock for you with just that game

i'll get back to in about 20 mins or so i've just updated some programes and need to reboot once i do that i'll launch the game use buydebug and screenshoot an image of the spawner for you

    Thanks a ton for the info.

    I'm going to go about my business (imagine Alec Guiness' Obi Wan voice), and play and have fun, and drop a bottle spawner on my home lot then.

    If I get the badge, I do. If not, I'll ... be annoyed but I'll know I did everything I could and it's just the code being buggy.

    I really really appreciate just getting some form of concrete response given how many hours I have perhaps foolishly sunk into this. 🙂
