Cannot Download Items from My Purchase History (Sims 3)

    try this for downloading from your the sims 3 purchase history if orign is opening up instead

    1. Start Origin
    2. Click Play on Origin to start the launcher
    3. Close Origin (completely not just minimize)
    4. Click add to game on the exchange or download on Store Stuff.

@audibles16 Hi,

Your thread has been moved to The Sims 3 forums.

Generally speaking, if you right click the game tile in Origin and choose "View Game details", you will see more info about the game. Just scroll down on that page then and you should see some of the items available with a link to proceed.

      rumbutter, you're our hero.  I followed the steps you described and was able to download Dragon Valley perfectly.  This seems way too complicated a design by EA programmers -- forcing you through Origin to download content into Sims is just silly -- but at least you were able to guide me through it.

      I am having the same issue and idk what part your talking about after you say to close out origin after clicking play to open the launcher.

    when i do that and install the worlds it says my base game is not installed and when i go to the purchase history there is nothing there
