Cannot play the sims 3

After waiting hours for the game to download and then having problems with installing it, I now cant even play it. I try clicking play through origin and it says launching the sims 3 but the launcher doesn't show up. I then try and play the game using the shortcut on my desktop but it comes up with "c:/program files (x86)/origin games/the sims 3/game/bin/sims3launcher.exe is not a valid win32 application". I have also tried launching the sims launcher through my computer clicking the .exe files but it then comes up with windows cannot find "d:/game/bin/sims3launcher.exe". I had to uninstall the game and all the expansions packs because my laptop wasn't working properly and made sure there were no leftover files and I had no problems at all playing and installing the game when I first got it but all of a sudden I have a problem every 10 mins. All I want to do is play the game!! Very close to ripping my hair out and throwing my laptop out of the window. 😕mileymad:

    Re-install origin if that does not work then 

    For this you will need to contact Origin/EA support they will gladly help you whit this problem https://help.ea.com/en/origin go here press contact as give information press I still need help at the bottom of the page and then press start live chat and you will get a live chat whit an EA agent that will be glad to help you
