Cant age?

Ive tried everything i could think of but for some reason none of my sims are aging. Is there anything I can do? 

No the option to turn off age is not on.

    • Do you have the supernatural ep ?
    • Is that all active Sims or every Sim in town ?
    • Can you age them up with the cake or does that not work either ?
    • Do you have custom skins or mods in your game ?
    • Any special symptoms you're seeing ?

    If it's everyone, try to turn aging off, play a few days and then turn it back on

    no i dont have supernatural.

    its all the sims in the town.

    yes they age with a cake but its the only way i can rt now.

    sometimes it wont let me age with a cake: specifically imagainary friends.

    I have no mods or skin stuff.

    Its just no ones aging at all.

    I tried turning aging off and then back on after a couple of days but it didn't do anything. I also reset my aging settings to default and it seemed to work but not long after, my sims stopped aging again.
