cant control pets

the sims3 in to the future my famely pets stop work cant move them our control them and potrail is blue, i delet all games before they pets , same error when i tray adop pets them i tray import famely go edite town save famely without pets move it to other town and still same problem cant adop

    I'm really unsure what you're saying (some punctation would be nice) but are you using mods in your game ?

    Is this in the home world or Oasis landing ?

    its in home land cant adopt pets that they desapear guive error our cant control them and stay empty pictore in famely tree not alowed me to control pet that dont apear our is complety stop on game
