CANT DO EMAIL CONFERMATION NOR LAUCH PURCHASED GAME

i get a black screen with full audio. What can i do to fix that since i cant see anything...the audio is perfect. I want to download the game thru Origon, but if i cant fix it , then it wouldnt be worth the download.

THIS IS CRAZY....I PAID FOR A GAME AND CANT PLAY IT...WHATS UP WITH THAT?

I DID MY REGISTRATION CODE AND EMAIL CONFIRMATION.

THE GAME SHOWS UP IN MY LIBRARY, BUT THATS AS FAR AS I CAN GO. i CANT SEEM TO NOR UNDERSTAND HOW TO LAUCH THE GAME

WHY DOES NO ONE ANSWER ME?

Can someone explain to me how the game can be started?

I see it in my library with no way to launch it.

I did my registration code and email confirmation.

Ialso did the same on the EA game site.
