Can't download and use supernatural on steam

As the title says I bought supernatural on steam a few days ago. It download right away but the bubble under Sims 3 launcher so I redounded the game but it end up only supernatural did not download at Allah the other DLC I bought did download besides supernatural can you tell me how to fix it?

    DId you buy all on Steam ? Did you try the Steam forum for support (if it doesn't download from Steam it's probably a Steam related issue)
