Can't download the game I ordered

Question

I pre ordered Sims to the future but I can't figure out how to download it. I am not great with technology but I don't suck so I feel like something wrong has happened or its just more difficult to figure out than it really should be. Please help!! I really want to play the game I purchased.

Download the Origin client here: http://origin.com/downloadLogin and you should find the game in MyGames to download.

If that doesn't work, you need to be more specific where the issue lies.
