Can't find my purchase

I pre-ordered sims 3 seasons, then got an email saying that my order had been cancelled due to paymnet not being accepted. I have no idea why and when i try and get onto the origin store it says: Error SYS_000001. What do i do?? Help please.And above there's no option for Sims 3 in the select product section....

    Hi pandamadme,

    For all questions about your purchases, please get in contact with an EA Game Advisor.

    You need to log in with your Origin account and then choose "Product", "Category", and "Platform" to see the contact options.
