Can't instal Sims 3 Roaring Heights

I bought Sims 3 Roaring Heights yesterday and tried to dowload it but it stopped dowloading. then i closed the com puter. next day, i tried to dowload it again but it said "you used this code." . i really really want to play this game.:catsad: may you send me a new code? i wish you will. please send me a me answer.:heart:

I couldn' find anything on that page. :womansad: i tried to insert my same code again. but it didn't work! page said "The code you entered has already been used. Please check the code entered and try again. If you continue to receive this error it may be that the code has already been applied. If you need further assistance, please go to Contact Us.". i am a simmer since 2010. and i love playing it. i have high end loft, outdoor living, showtime,generations,seasons,university life, island paradise, late night,Katy Perry's Sweet Treats.. and finally, my only wish is Roaring Heights. Please send me another ((didn't use)) code. please :robotsad:
