Can't log in on launcher or in game even though my details are correct

I can't log into my sims 3 account in launcher or in game yet my details are correct even because i can log in on the sims 3 website. I've tried the deleted my emailadress.bin file and wiping my IE b...

Cheesetalker​  If your password contains special characters, remove them.  Delete the IE browsing history again too, and the .bin file if it's been recreated (probably not, but check anyway).
