Can't log into my game

I got the new EA app, and purchased a world for my Sims 3 through the app, not the Sims 3 store. Now I can't log into my game, can only play offline, and the world I bought does not show up in my game at all. I can buy directly from the store and some of it shows up, like I bought the carousel, and it shows up but says I don't own it and won't let me download it. Help!

  • TheSimMommy  You don't need to sign into the game in order to use Store content.  If you can't download your content through the Store site, try a different browser, for example Firefox generally works well with the Store site.

    Another option is to use the item's product page rather than your purchase history.  If you see the "you don't own this item" error, refresh the page and try again.  Here's the page for the carousel set:

    Thank you so much! I was able to find the code and install my world! I'm still working on trying to get my carousel set, but you've given me some clues to figure it out.
