its the same with me and I have another problem when I try to log in to my origin account it and i type in my password (pc) it pops up again and don't say anything so i keep pressing ok and then my game closes so yeah i want to go online because me and my family want to play together so i hope they can fix that
@Lilamia9 I've split your comment into its own thread because the other thread was quite old, and it sounds like you have a different issue.
Can you login to origin.com or ea.com? If so, change your password there, clear your browser caches, clear Origin's cache, and clear the cache for Internet Explorer as well. Even if you never use IE, the Sims 3 launcher does for some purposes.

If all this doesn't help, please describe exactly where you can't login, and any error messages you get. Please also let me know whether you can login to any EA sites.
