Can't play new game

Did you download Showtime? it sounds like you didn't click on download and install.

If when you hover over the "showtime" packfront do you see the button that says "play"?

yeah, I had origin on my pc so I am familiar with it's layout. I downloaded and installed it. when I hover over all of my games they all say play

I haven't experienced this on the mac yet.
If you click on play in showtime it should open showtime, like it does on PC.

I would try uninstalling and installing to see what happens.

I just closed everything and opened the launcher again. It prompted me to download the update so maybe that was the problem. I'll post again after the game is updated

nope, I updated everything but it still only plays pets. I also tried uninstalling and reinstalling origin and still nothing.

Trying to see what can I dig up from this issue.

I bought a stuff pack this morning to see if it was origin but that downloaded perfectly and I can see it in my game. It still only shows pets though. I tried calling today but I just stuck on hold for about half an hour.

I talked to a few people and they cannot reproduce your problem, but they told me to try and uninstall Showtime and then reinstall.

What should happen is the same as PC when you click on play on shwotime it should bring Showtime, not Pets.

I'll try that! I can't uninstall it on origin (or if you know how please let me know!) but I'll uninstall from my computer
