you gotta watch a video from youtuber pixelade. He shows you hw to get sims 3 working. i think i ad a different issue, but hopefully it works
Vivienne_Sky What do you mean, you can't play because of EA Play? If you had a subscription but it expired, AND you own a separate standalone copy of Sims 3, you'll need to ask an EA customer support rep to remove the EA Play version of the game from your account so it's no longer blocking your access to the copy you bought.
I would strongly recommend live chat rather than email. If you don't see the option, try this link:
Make sure you're signed into an EA site (this one is fine) before clicking the link and that the location in the lower-right corner of the browser window is set to U.S. or U.K.

Thank you. I can do that with the other 2 dlc. I had xbox game pass that connected to ea app. I found a website selling sims 3 after asking a few friends where the best and trustworthy website is. 🫠
Vivienne_Sky Do you need further help, or is your issue solved? You'd still likely need to have the EA Play version of Sims 3 removed—this is the same fundamental problem of the subscription version of Sims 3 blocking your owned copy from working, just with different details.
