Cant register EP/SP/Worlds on site

No matter how long I've waited (which has been about 2 weeks now) my purchases of the Expansion and stuff packs as well as recently purchased worlds wont show up on my site profile... Some of it really doesnt' matter, but at the same time I can't download some store content because I apparently don't own the EP that the content needs... I own all the current Expansions and Stuff packs as well as pre-ordered the latest EP for when it comes out... So I know I have them and I can use them in game... and assistance?

Hello, If it says the product code is invalid you need to contact EA Customer Service. We here have no ability to help with Serial code problems. If you need to enter in the serial code go to My page>My account>Register a game.
