Can't register sims 3 game bought on origin?

@MarkWDocherty If you redeemed the game in Origin the game will register to thesims3.com my page automatically. You may have to logout and log back in to thesims3.com to show as registered. To download the bonus items you have to go to thesims3.com - login store/sets - holidays and gifts - registration rewards.

Thanks thus is now showing as registered but aren't I supposed to qualify for 1,000 sim points for buying an expansion on Origin? These are not showing.
