Game freez after 20-30 min.

I have tried reinstalling the game multiple times. My game and all of its expansions are original, and I do not use any custom content. However, the game still freezes after about 20–30 minutes of play. I have also tried the patches and mods and the troubleshooting tips, but they didn’t help either; I can play for a maximum of about an hour If I am lucky. The music continues to play in the background, and if I minimize the game to the taskbar and then return to it, the game runs again for a few minutes before freezing once more.

    petrasiklos​  Please list the world you're playing in and the mods you're using.

    Please also provide a dxdiag.  Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop.  From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.
