if you regestired the codes in orign first they auto regestir on your the sims 3 account -mypage, orign and the sims3 account use the same email and password if you used two different ones then try log in to the sims3 account with the origin email amd password
edit to add if you used two different emails also contact CS to assist with mergeing the accounts

Nothing has worked so far. I only have one account that I've used so I know that isn't the issue. I tried logging out of my Sims 3 account anyway but my game still isn't appearing as registered.
I also redeemed a code for some DLC & it won't download for me so I think I might have messed something up.
I may just contact CS & see what they can do. Thank you for your help.
