nyyaaa11 To cover a few bases at once, please try playing in a new admin user account on your Mac. Don't link it with your Apple ID (you can skip that step). Sign into the EA App and repair the game (Sims 3 > Manage > Repair), then try to play, and let me know how it goes.
If this works, we can try to fix the problem in your main account, or you can just use the secondary one when you want to play. If it doesn't work, please let me know whether you use a third-party antivirus or any kind of cleaner app.
