Adding your account info shouldn't have affected your ability to play unless you happened to add the wrong account, as in, not the one that owns Sims 3. Even then, I wouldn't expect that to be a problem.

When I try to uninstall the game through the ea app nothing happens, it doesn't uninstall it just stays. I don't have it on my system under the control panel remove program window.
