Change Sims 3 website username

I know this had been asked so many times, but how to do it? I have not log in for a long time and there used to be an option to chat with EA advisor but now only call. I'm not comfortable in calling ...

That's for Origin and I'm aware of it. I'm asking for Sims 3 website. Does that change on Origin will reflect Sims 3 website and other related sites to?

@BochaBaim I believe it does but I'll admit I never tried it so I'm not 100% sure (but I think it does).

Hi @BochaBaim,

Although it usually works as @roberta591 explains for newer games, in this case changing the name in Origin doesn't change it on thesims3.com. You will need to ask one of our advisors, they might be able to change it for you.

    @dlivikS No, sorry, it's not possible to change your username on the Sims 3 site anymore. I asked about it recently, and it was confirmed that even EA support can't do it.
