Cheat Box Problem

When I press Ctrl+Shift+C to bring up the cheat code box it doesn't come up. Thought it was just a Sim 2 thing but tried it in Sims 3 and all it did was have my sim take a picture. How do I fix this?...

try out the combination of Ctrl + Shift + B

It worked out for me
