u7fsosndm1jl Please rename or remove the Sims 3 folder in Documents > Electronic Arts, so the game creates a new one when it loads. Then try again to move in a new household. You can use an already-existing one as a test; if that works, create a sim of your own and try again.
If this doesn't work, try again but with your computer offline. You can sign into the EA App and put it in offline mode, then disable wifi and/or disconnect the ethernet cable before pressing Play.
Leave the travel part until the first part is fixed. The two may be symptoms of the same underlying issue, and it'll be easier to troubleshoot the first one and then see whether the second one is resolved too.
I find out that even if I remove the folder, and the new one it loads still have the same problem.
But i find out that I can play the existed family to enroll college or go on a trip without the Internet connection .
