Clothes won't install and points are missing.

Hello. I purchased two dresses from the new homecoming clothes at the Sims 3 store. They downloaded to the manager and I installed them, the game say's that the dresses are installed but when I use cas, it's not. I tried un-installing them and reinstalling them, but they still didn't show up. In cas, I clicked on one of the dresses and an additional 75 points were  taken from my account. How do I get the dresses to show up in my game and how do I get those extra 75 points that were taken away back?

    Some of the dresses come in two versions. One for young adutls/adults and one for teens. Are you sure you bought the right version ?

    Game advisors can be found through live chat.

    3. Click on Contact a game advisor 
    4. Describe your issue with a few words
    5. Click on Find a Solution
    6. Select Product: ex: The Sims 3 or Origin
    7. Select Issue Type: ex: Billing/Purchasing or Account Management
    8. Select Platform: PC
    9. Click Find solution
    10. Scroll down and click I still need help
    11. Click Chat Now to chat with a Game Advisor

    Thank you, I'll try contacting a game advisor right away. As far as the clothing, I'm sure the homecoming clothing is only coded for the teens, but I'll triple check. Thanks again.
