Code doesnt not work for sims 3 diesel stuff

Please i need help, i enetered a code for sims 3 diesel stuff and it tells me that the product code is invalid... i tried trough origin and this gane i bought, doesnt work... help me please

    Where did you buy it from ? Origin itself or on DVD or ... ? New or used ?
