Collections in Buy Mode

I have all the expansions and patches except Showtime and I buy a lot of stuff from the Sims 3 Store. When I go to the collections tab in buy mode, there are collections for all the expansions, plus all the vacation worlds, and a few from Pets. Why don't my collections from the store show up there? When I click on organize collections, they are all there but I cant click on them or open them or do anything with them. Also, when I tried to make my own collection, it lets me choose a name and picture, but I cant seem to add anything to it.

I do not have any custom content or mods, I only download stuff from the Sims website. Can anyone help me? I'm sick of paying for stuff and then it takes me an hour to sort through the giant categories hoping to find everything.
