Commercial Use Rights

Hello,&nbsp;I am&nbsp;involved&nbsp;with a community called "The Gamers Republic" (TGR) on YouTube. I've currently started a Sims 3 series and I know other content creators want to start a series of their own too for monetization. I was wondering, how would I obtain Commercial Use Rights for The Sims 3 franchise for our Community?&nbsp;Thanks,&nbsp;Jur5ey
