@Whatevermanitis I just downloaded and installed the sim without any issues. I used Firefox and the Add to Game button, so please try Firefox if you haven't already.
You can also try downloading into clean user folder. Move the entire Sims 3 folder out of Documents\Electronic Arts and onto your desktop, open the launcher to spawn a new folder, and then download and install the sim, again using Firefox.
If that doesn't help, please let me know where exactly it says the download is corrupt, as well as the packs you have installed.
- 5 years agoI tried all the browsers I have, including Firefox but no dice, I noticed when I tried to install it in the launcher it was saying that the game was not up to date, but I have all the DLCs, so I looked with Custard and it said "missing DBPF" for, I believe, is custom content such as hairs, because I couldn't see the hairstyle for Formalwear, sliders (I cleaned up broken files with Custard which lead to filesize being reduced from 51 mb to 35 mb). So I gave up on the idea to try to download it through Exchange and thought that maybe someone could upload it here as sims3pack file that won't get disrupted by Exchange or maybe it could be uploaded as .package file if you can extract files with Package Viewer or Package Editor.

@Whatevermanitis Check your inbox.
- 5 years ago@puzzlezaddict It works more or less although when I'm trying to extract it with Package Viewer it shows the error for the file 0x9cd5b6be0875d79c401b2b57f0de3e43.package EConvertError: """$ a6ca545"" is not a valid integer value", so I had to use MultiPackConverter. I was also wondering that there are only 2 hairstyles instead of 4, I've managed to find the one for Formalwear but I'm struggling to find one in the picture for Swimsuit.
