Create-A-Sim or CAS is the part of the Create a Household feature where you can design your own Sims. So yes, this is in the game and you can use it in the game. 😕mileylol:

What I was wondering was if there was a way to place the CAS room in Create-A-World, and use it inside of the Sims 3 game.
