If you delete your DCCache-files, your cc will disappear. Move them while exporting the world, and them move them back.
thank you for this solution, I had same problem, couldn't export my created World. I closed Sims3 Launcher and Origin than placed DCCache file on Desktop and made an empty folder instead with same name. opened Origin, clicked on Sims 3 game (Launcher) and Create a World Tool, select World to Export and voila .. it worked. I than put all files back into DCCache file Thank you!
