[CURRENT ISSUE 64-bit] All open water options missing

@emmalaca  I've merged your post with the master thread on this issue.  Please click Me Too on the first post.  As for whether it's fixable, no, not yet, unfortunately.  Perhaps it'll be fixed in a future patch, if there are any future patches.

i have the same issue. sent my sim on a three hour jog to the beach only to discover he couldn't go swimming.

one disappointed little plumbob here.
