[CURRENT ISSUE 64-bit] Terrain paints not applying

The terrain paint tool does not seem to be useable. I can select the paint and click to apply but it does not stick: Played around with graphics settings in-game but cannot currently fin...

You can fix this temporarily by going to edit town and back in (whether you save or not). The terrain paint will disappear again if you try to edit it, so you have to paint blindly but it's better than nothing.
