[CURRENT ISSUE 64-bit] Terrain paints not applying

The terrain paint tool does not seem to be useable. I can select the paint and click to apply but it does not stick: Played around with graphics settings in-game but cannot currently fin...

@AilaLilae  Nope, no fix at this time.  I have heard that when you go to Map View or Edit Town, then back to the lot in question, the terrain paint often does appear where it was painted, but that's obviously not an ideal situation.

    @puzzlezaddict That's better than nothing. I wish there was a modder who could figure out a fix so that we wouldn't have to wish on EA.
