Hi!! So I finally got the Sims 3 64 bit for my Mac and it runs pretty good and I am very happy with it, there is only one problem. It keeps freezing every like 10 seconds, this didn't happen before though. When it freezes my cursor turns into the like rainbow spinning ball if you know what I mean, I'd like to know how to fix this! :D

@Kianaaaa998 When is your game crashing, and do you notice any other slowdowns, spinning cursors, etc. when you're playing but before you get a crash? A little more info would be helpful.
Please also attach your deviceconfig.log, in Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 3. You'll neeed to manually open the folders; the file won't show up in a search. You can delete your user and computer names, about 25 lines down, but there's nothing else in that file that can identify you.

@Kianaaaa998 Most of us can in fact play without much issue, but there are definitely a number of people struggling to run the game at all. Could you please provide more information about your Mac and your settings? Specifically, attach a file called deviceconfig.log, in Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 3, to a reply in this thread. The file contains your user and computer names, about 25 lines down, and you can delete those; nothing else in the file is personal information.
