[Current Issue] Sims 3 "serious error" when loading save

Hey there I just had a fresh install of Sims 3 + Island Paradise expansion with  no other expansions, no other packs and no custom content downloaded;

Following that I am unable to load Sunset Valley or Island Paradise worlds, receiving "A Serious Error" has occured and requires application restart;

 I have tried uninstalling-reinstalling multiple times, repairing with the EA app; tried running it through steam; and none have seem to give a fix.

Furthermore, I have looked around for other solutions around the web and found no solution, no downloads of the worlds, 

When checking the folder in \Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\InstalledWorlds - the folder is empty.

Unsure what else to do;

 

If there are downloads for the worlds available that I may try please let me know!

    Thanks for sending that other post I wasn't able to find it, 

    So far my antivirus is Windows Defender and it is not blacklisting / or viewing sims 3 / EA as a threat, so I am thinking it is my one drive, I will pause it and update again if it works.
