[Current Issue] Sims 3 "serious error" when loading save

PsychexKittY​  How to fix the error is covered in the first post.  I haven't yet heard from anyone who couldn't fix it by getting rid of OneDrive the way I describe in that post, OR by creating and playing in a new, local, admin Windows account.
