[Current Issue] Sims 3 "serious error" when loading save

HI, I continued to troubleshoot  EA & especially my pc.

I placed OneDrive into my Norton exclusion folder. Then I paused the OneDrive sync.

I restarted the EA App installer. The desktop installer visualized! 

BUT! I got the same message when attempting to open the game: 

One problem solved - but still with the same error msg.
