I recently purchased "The Sims 3 Monte Vista" from the EA App while it was on discount. However, I am unable to install or access the world in the game.
In the EA App, it only says “In-game content,” and Monte Vista does not show up in The Sims 3 Launcher or in my Sims 3 Store Purchase History. There was also no redeemable code provided. As far as I understand, Monte Vista is a store world and normally needs to be redeemed through The Sims 3 Store to download and install it properly. Could you please help me:
- Either provide a code I can redeem on The Sims 3 Store to access Monte Vista, or
- Offer a refund if the content is not usable? Thank you for your help.
Check your email for the Order confirmation from ea and the code should be located in there.
