I own The Sims 3, The Sims 3 Ambitions, The Sims 3 Generations, and The Sims 3 Pets. I have been playing for years on my MacBook Pro. I have not had problems until the end of 2015, and continuing today in 2016, with messages like "No Disk" or "No Authorization" on the "Select Neighborhood/Game" screen, keeping me from playing my game. Some times, I can get past it by researching ways to troubleshoot and can play every so often. I have been trying all day to do just that, again, multiple times. I have tried uninstalling every expansion pack and reinstalling them again and again. I cannot uninstall my original Sims 3 disk because I can not find the disk anywhere to reinstall it, and frankly, I shouldn't have to be dealing with this, after spending so much money on all of these games. I have tried every suggestion online that I can find and nothing has helped. EA has not been helpful, either.
