Base worlds disappear when I try to add new worlds or purchased content
I saw that there are issues with worlds when you are using Windows 11 due to one drive synching. I turned off synching, uninstalled and reinstalled the base game and my add-ons and they work fine. If I try to add any worlds or any other purchased content, all the worlds from my base game disappear as well as my add-ons. The only world that seems to stay sunset valley. I was online with an EA rep and all he did was all the stuff I tried on my own anyway.
My game was playing fine last year. It was playing fine right after Christmas, but I took a break because I had other things going on. I tried starting to play again mid-February and all hell broke loose. First, I couldn't play any of my saves. When I tried to play other worlds, I got errors. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling and it seemed to work until the next time I wanted to play, then I'd get the errors again. I read about the synch issue and turned off synch. Now, even with the synch off, if I try to load any of my purchased content or worlds, I lose all worlds.
I don't care for Sims 4 and I have a lot of money invested in Sims 3. I would really appreciate any suggestions. Thanks.
