Custom Content Not Working When Installed

I had the problem that when I tried to load the game it just loaded a black screen and then it didn't respond. I was able to fix it by deleting the TMP files (DCchache) and then bypassing the game la...

my custom content (except store content) is already in a folder on the desktop

What I mean is to move it out of the DCCache folder and then reinstall it to see if it then shows up.

Is  run with custom content ticked ?

    what do you mean by move it out? currently in that folder is only two files in which I have no ide what they are

      What files are in there ? 

      Are you talking about the one in Documents or on your desktop ?

        the only files in the DCCache folder are dcdb0.dbc and missingdeps.idx
