Custom Sim passed to me through Simport!
So I am dealing with another technical malfunction with Showtime (can't interact with one of my sims anymore) and I decide to try to start a new game to see if this is happening with new games as well...

So we do get other people custom content, thats not good, I will probable use the Simport to unlock the extra content then disable the feature, if I can.
I've also noticed that the sim that suddenly appeared in my library after I used the simport also contains all the memorys from that players game making that 1 sim a whopping 7737kb, it does not contain any custom content, but I would warn against anybody thinking of using them sims, if you drop to many of them sims in your neighborhood, your going to getting very long loading times.
