I think aquaman was referring to me in his first post. Basically I was playing yesterday and was on my 2nd simport. I had made over the 1st sim for simport and didn't notice anything yet. I just changed her makeup (since it was the not so pretty makeup sims get when cc makeup gets removed.) Couple hours later I do a simport with the same user and I do the same thing. I now notice 2 custom eye shadows and 1 lipgloss from praline sims. (I usually don't get eye shadow and i haven't downloaded from praline sims in ages)
I luckily enough was filming EVERYTHING I was doing for the 2nd sim. I posted about it on my wall on my profile and simgururusskii was made aware of the situation and she/he? said that she/he would report it to the rest of the people.
I posted a blog about it and I kept it as a draft cause I felt bad for the person I simported with. (kind of felt as if she would think i'm talking bad about her which I am not. )
Here is my proof in youtube form:

And the screenshots I took.
It started with just makeup:

The makeup circled in red was the transferred cc.
My launcher with the installed cc from simport upon closer inspection:

I went back in game before deleting the cc and I found the clothes that came with the simported sims:

This doesn't look like cc but it's obviously a cc made hoodie,

I accidentally went to my exports folder and found these:

my simported sims in sims3pack format ready for export even though I didn't export any sims. I only used simport on march 6th 2012.
I have re-added the post I made on my blog about this. It's basically the same info similar pics (some sims)
