De-Authorization Button???

I have been looking to see how to de-authorize the computer, and I get how it works, but I can't find the 'De-authorize your Computer' button!  I have seen a picture of what it looks like and where...

Do you have the download version of the game ?

You can also try this: https://help.ea.com/article/using-the-de-authorization-tool-for-the-sims-3 and if that doesn't help, contact a game advisor

  3. Select a platform

    Oh, I see. It says that de-authorization only works for the digital copies! 

    Just before I make another inquiry, do you happen to know how many computers you can download Sims 3 on with a disk? Expansion packs, too?

       You can use it on 5 computers at the same time but you can only login on one.

      It's unlimited for the disc version (but if you use Origin, you can only login into Origin on one comuter at the same time)
