    @valentineNANA  The unrecognized graphics card can be annoying but doesn't prevent Sims 3 from running well, so the first step is to get it working again.  For that, please repair the game: open your EA App game library, click Sims 3, and select Manage > Repair.

    Next, apply the Alder Lake patch to TS3.exe, or use one of the other workarounds for the Alder Lake (and newer) issue covered in the accepted solution of this thread:

    Before doing anything else, test the game, and let me know whether it runs.  Check the DeviceConfig.log again to see whether Sims 3 is using your Intel iGPU or the Nvidia card, also fixable if necessary.  I can help you get your Nvidia GPU recognized too; if you want help adding the card manually, just ask.
