@RossiRoRoRo If you bought Late Night from EA, you wouldn't need a code, the content would automatically be added to your account. And even if you did have a code, it wouldn't help—that code would read as already-used on the Sims 3 website as well as within the EA App, as it was already registered to your account.
If you have access to your previous computer, you can find the code there:
https://sims3.crinrict.com/en/2013/09/how-to-find-your-serial-number.html
And if you ever registered that code, whether on the old website or in Origin, it should already be attached to the corresponding account, in which case you wouldn't need the code anyway.

Thanks for your reply.
I had seen how to retrieve the forgotten code but I can't access to that laptop.
I suppose I've got no chance then to be fully registered.
No shop then. ☹️
Actually I've read that items there are not checked so there are lots of viruses and bugs..🤨
But still no fair.

@RossiRoRoRo If possible, I'd suggest getting a refund for Late Night. Since your EA account technically doesn't own the base game, this might work if you've bought directly from EA. Then you could buy the Starter Pack, which is the same price as Late Night and includes LN and High-End Loft Stuff as well as the base game.

Starter pack is not available.
When I click on it, it shows:

Anyway never mind, if they are no bothered to reply, no point or having all this hassle.
I know is just a game, but I hate when Companies don't give a bloody way to contact them for support.
Thanks for your help anyway.
I will do like the fox and the grapes: "items in the store are full of bugs and viruses". 😞🙂
