Diesel stuff download

I bought 2 TS3 stuff packs and 1 expansion pack  via the Origin store on Friday. 2 of those items had download links and serial #'s  in the invoice and the diesel stuff has no link or number and doesn't show up in my games.  Not sure what to do here... Help?
