Do I need entitlements for the other expansion packs?
Hi all,
I have the Sims 3 64 bit version on a Mac. I have Late Night and Seasons expansion packs and have no issues downloading it. The gameplay is fine too, only crashed in CAS once.
Today I purchased the World Adventures and Generations bundle pack for $19.99 and I can't seem to install it? It says unlocked and the option "details".
I went on support live chat and the tech guy gave entitlement to my game so I restarted origin and still there is no option to install. I am wondering if I need entitlements for the other packs in order to install?
@BerryFluffy You do need an entitlement for the 64-bit version of each specific pack you own. Try running the Origin reset tool, to force it to refresh its data:

After you do this, you'll need to repair the game in Origin (right-click on the Sims 3 tile in your Origin library and select Repair) in order for store and most custom content to work again—the reset tool deletes a crucial file, and the repair puts it back.
If you still can't download your new packs, please contact support again, and this time, keep the support rep on the line, so to speak, until you confirm that your new packs can be downloaded.
