download riverview free world

I have a question I just can't seem to figure out - please help! I recently bought the Sims3 and it shows Riverview under Worlds on my page. When I click on Riverview it brings me to a page and says download. When I click download button nothing happens. Anybody know why I can't get past his point. I am working in firefox. Thanks so much for your help!
